 Administration and Property Leasing - Preparing and placing ads for leasing of property (virtually and directly)
- Receiving leasing inquiry calls 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Arranging for showing the property to prospective tenants
- Obtaining rental and deposit from tenants
- Preparing lease, arrange for signing, and re-negotiate at renewal time
- Ensuring all expenses are paid on behalf of owner
- Preparing and sending the Expense Reports (monthly or per requested)
- Caring out all necessary banking activities
- Inspecting property at the time of leasing.
* If we find you a tenant for a one year lease we will charge you one month rental price. * If is a 6 month lease we will charge you a half of the one month rental price. Maintenance and Property Inspections - Arrange and report all the necessary repairs to the property
- Recommend appropriate maintenance as a result of inspections:
- Weekly Property Inspection (while not rented) and - Weekly Cleaning. The following prices are the monthly cost for our services and we charge it when apartment is or not rented as it also includes the administration services mentioned above: - 1Bedroom apartment- 50U$; - 2 Bedroom apartment- 70U$; - 3 Bedroom apartment- 90U$. * All other Property Expenses are not included in the Property Management Price List.
